Acceptable Use
CipherEdge may be used for lawful purposes only. Prohibited uses include: phishing or malware distribution, fraud, illegal content transmission, abuse of our infrastructure, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
No Warranty
CipherEdge is provided "as is." While we implement strong security measures, no system is 100% secure. Users are responsible for safeguarding their own secret links.
Data Loss
By design, secrets are permanently deleted after reading or expiry. We do not maintain backups. Lost links cannot be recovered. This is a security feature, not a bug.
Limitation of Liability
CipherEdge is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including data loss. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CipherEdge is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
